busy bees!

may first already. it seems this year is going fast for some reason. probably because we're so busy and about to be even busier! i take branson today to register for kindergarten and omg i'm not sure about that. while i'm ready for him to go and know he's excited to go i just don't feel old enough to have a child old enough to be in school already. he's so ready to go every time we drive past the school he talks about going. so i'm glad he's happy about going and i think he'll do really good. tomorrow we finally start working on the garage and make it into a usable space for me to park my car! i have been waiting forever for this and really wanted it done before Miss got here but my gosh it's been hospitals and drs offices since she arrived or actually 3 months before she arrived. so between now and when we leave for TN there's so many things to do and even more when we get back. i'm completely redoing our bedroom, paint, decor and all! there's several things getting re-worked in the kitchen to make it easier for me. like putting the trash can under the sink, new light fixture, things to organizing cabinets. while that may seem like small things, that's the things that make my life easier. no more trash cans sitting out in the middle of the floor for little hands to get into and just makes the kitchen so much neater without having to see that. and omg... TN!!! i can't freaking wait. we're staying in a condo at the riverstone resort & spa on a gorgeous golf course. this condo is bigger than our house, 3 bedroom, there's a playground for the kids, a game room that's as big as our house, a lazy river, indoor pool that has a retractable roof. it's simply gorgeous. this vacation is much needed, well deserved and a great surprise bc we didn't think we were going to get to go. i just really hope my mother is able to go too. she's only been to TN once and that was for our wedding and i know she loved it there and i just really want her to go! i know she'd enjoy a week long stay. and hey what better of a mother's day present than a week in TN right? :)

branson started tball again so now twice a week we'll be on the ball field for the next 2 months, then there's kindergarten camp and school, then jaxon's birthday, our second vacation in sept, then comes the holidays. and among all of this i started planning my 10 yr class reunion. i'm so excited about this! i never thought i'd want to go back and see some of the people but i really am looking forward to it. i know i probably won't be voted 'most successful' but i that's not why i'm going. i'm looking forward to seeing how everyone is, meeting their families and just catching up. i'm really enjoying my life with 3 despite what so many people said before about having 2 in diapers. while sometimes it's a struggle and most days i feel like pulling my hair out bc Miss is crying and puking everywhere, jaxon is running under my feet yelling 'momma' every 3 seconds and branson is aggravating the crap out of him, it works for me. i can't picture myself doing anything but this now. funny how having kids changes your dreams sometimes. matt & i have also been married for 3 years now. we still annoy the crap out of each other too but that's us haha. i'm just so very excited now that all the hospital trips and worry, the hurry up & wait are over, we can actually start living and enjoying things now.
