i hate people with their ASSumptions!

the more i think about what that lady said yesterday and how she said it the more it pisses me off. you know she even tried to TELL me that what jaxon was & wasn't doing. she said he was teething because he was chewing on his fingers. umm lady... he's been doing that since the day he was born! i told her that and she argued me and said "aw no he's teething" yea ok whatever you just met him 15 minutes ago for the first time and you already know everything about him, oooooook! then she tried to say that he needed to do more than squeal and laugh. ok what do YOU want him to do? cry? sorry but he laughs and giggles and squeals. that is his temperament. and recently he's relearned to growl & blow raspberries so of course that's what he's going to do all the time. when babies learn something new they do it constantly. you'd think she would know this. i'm not one of "those" parents that is in denial that something is wrong with their child or that they're behind. i know he is behind. but he's also HALF the size of other babies his same age!!! she also made the comment that with his weight they had in their charts she expected him to be so much smaller than he was. i guess when she thought of a 10 month old being 17 lbs she expected him to be skinny, never fed and looking a mess. well uhhh no he's little but he's proportionate. he's 5th percentile in weight and length where other babies are in the 95th percentile for both! i have small babies, get over it!

it seems like to me she came in making all her ASSumptions about him before ever meeting him. they keep asking me too if he can hear. YES! he can hear!! he didn't pass the test at the hospital when he was born because they kept taking him when he was hungry and keeping him for 5+ hours. hello he was less than 12 hours old and 5 lbs and you expected to keep him without feeding him!! IDIOTS!! apparently those are the ONLY records these idiots are looking at because we were sent to downtown Charlotte for a hearing test and he passed in the first 5 minutes. is that not anywhere in his charts? i know he passed, i'm the one that took him in the room in his car seat, asleep, watched her hook him up and turn around and tell me 5 minutes into the test "he passed but i have to finish running the rest of the tests". want to argue me now?!

i'm just getting so fed up with nobody seeming to get their crap straight! no one is listening to me, ya know his mother who is here with him every single day. from july 6, 2009, at 31 weeks pregnant this has been nothing but hell! no one has listened to me they just did what the heck THEY wanted to do! it's all about to stop! i'm tried of people telling me what he is or isn't doing when they don't even know him. i'm tired of them telling me what they're going to do when i think they're taking their merry sweet time & wasting time when they could have been doing something else more productive. i'm tired of their snide comments. i thought she was here to evaluate jaxon, not branson but yet she was talking about him. i'm just fed up with all these "policies" they have. if they wouldn't have followed "policy" and looked at my case and previous case of pregnancy i might would have had jaxon in a hospital where matt could have witness his son being born, not the front seat of my car and not have all the problems before and after with me & my children. they can shove their "policies" because next time they want to discuss "policy" with me, i'll be sending them papers from my lawyer with a big fat law suit!!!
