ok so maybe i just need to forget trying to post every single day but write every couple of days. in all honesty who's life is really THAT entertaining to have something to talk about every day haha. but this weekend matt & i had our first date of the new year, new plan. kaye kept the boys ALL night at her house and we went to the cheesecake factory. this is the first time jaxon has stayed the night with anyone and only would he stay overnight with kaye. we had a great night though. we waited for almost 2 hrs they were so busy but after we finally sat down it was so nice to enjoy a meal without "mommy i need to go pee pee. mommy mommy mommy" or a baby crying every time i pick up my fork. i got to dress up, look pretty and suddenly be reminded of why i never wear heels anymore! we got up sunday morning and went to work his stores then grabbed breakfast. it was really nice just to have that time together. and after learning some details about a very dear friend of mine it makes me appreciate my marriage that much more. and realize how lucky i am to have him and know he'll never cheat on me.
today is a good day because matt & i have been married for 9 months. 9 months! we're almost to our first anniversary. i'm so excited. we haven't started planning what we'll do yet but i'm sure it's going to be special and again a childless night :) i love our boys, i loved having a night out to ourselves but i didn't like coming home to a quiet house and empty crib.
tomorrow our new laptop arrives. i can't wait!! it's the exact same as this one but blue and with updated windows7 and virus protection and just new haha! thursday i get my new phone! omg i'm sooooo excited!! i like my blackberry but not enough to get another one. this phone kicks ass. it's giving the iphone a big run. along with my new phone will be a new number. yet again part of the new changes. vacation is only 15 weeks away. i can't wait to be sitting on my porch, drinking a big glass of wine, looking at the mountains and knowing i don't have to worry about a single thing here in nc for a week. ahhhh it'll be wonderful!
