getting rid of the dead weight
so last week i fixed a lot of new (healthy) meals. oh my goodness they were so good! we had homemade alfredo that didn't leave you with a heavy feeling later and "better for you" brownies. they were light and fluffy more like cakes but oh so good, even chocolate pudding. matt was really impressed with what i fixed. he was so afraid it would taste like crap since it's good for you. i've been doing so good too with drinking water. you'd never believe it but yesterday was the first day i had dr pepper since wed!! yea you heard me, WED!! i had been drink water. i bought a big (pink of course) water bottle from walmart last week that i can pop in the freezer for about 30 mins and it's already slushie. we're 82 days away and counting til tn. and i'm going to tn next month to see angie for a few days. i'm so excited!! i said i was going to start making a lot of lifestyle changes, weeding out a lot of "dead weight" in more ways than one and boy have i ever!! privacy settings have become VERY helpful on fb lately. i get girls night wed :) ohhh the coffee that will be consumed haha. but for now it's time for lunch and then out with my little bebes <3
